*Sales Contract
N.B. This is a legal document. We include a special clause in all of our contracts which states that if at any time in the future the new owner/s, is/are unable to keep the puppy/dog, he/she must be returned to us for rehoming. This is to ensure that we keep track of all the pups we have bred and don't have any of them going into rescue, or being rehomed through an advert in a paper etc. We would never object to the puppy/dog being cared for by another member of the family but would still like to be advised of that.
**KC Registration Papers
We put the following endorsements on all KC papers - even for pups we are keeping ourselves!
Progeny not eligible for registration
We will lift this restriction at eighteen months for a dog and two years for a bitch, subject to us either seeing the dog/bitch ourselves, or having a letter from the owner/s vet to say that the dog is sound, healthy, and has no faults likely to be of detriment to the future of the breed.
Not eligible for the issue of an export pedigree
We do not want any of our pups being used as breeding machines on puppy farms abroad. This restriction does not prevent any new owner from taking their pet if they are moving to a new home overseas.
Both of the above restrictions are intended for the protection of our own puppies and the breed as a whole. We trust that if you are hoping/intending to acquire a Wolfhound puppy anytime in the future, you will understand this.
***Vaccination Nosodes
We vaccinate all our dogs, (adults and puppies), with homeopathic nosodes. We have used this method for the last nine years and believe it gives our dogs the protection they need without compromising their immune systems. New owners are provided with enough nosodes to finish their puppy's vaccination course and all the relevant information regarding this.
*****
We enjoy showing and we only breed occasionally, usually when we want something new for the show ring. We are conscientious, committed breeders and take our responsibility to the breed, and in particular, the puppies that we have bred, very seriously.
If you are considering adding a Wolfhound to your family in the near future, or anytime in the future, we would be happy to chat to you and help in any way we can.
